Fairchild Imaging Will Showcase the New SciMOS 2051 Camera Optimized for Low Light Imaging Applications
Milpitas, CA, January 12, 2011—Fairchild Imaging will exhibit at booth number 4725 in the North Hall of Moscone Center at the Photonics West 2011 exhibition in San Francisco, California January 25-27, 2011. At this premier tradeshow for photonic technology, Fairchild Imaging will present the new SciMOS 2051 camera, based on the exciting, new scientific CMOS (sCMOS) technology which has received an immense response from the imaging market.
According to Colin Earle, Fairchild Imaging’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, the SciMOS 2051 camera offers “a combination of features that are ideal for manufacturers of high performance scientific instrumentation. The sCMOS-based camera provides high resolution, high pixel count and low-light imaging capability all at the same time.” In addition to its unique combination of performance features, the SciMOS camera is easy to integrate into new platforms and comes with guaranteed performance to ensure a positive “out of the box” experience.
